About The Multiplication Challenge
“Where do I find more leaders?”
Every leader of a growing organization asks this question. And though we know we need more leaders, few of us know how to create a culture of leadership development. This book recounts how Steve Murrell and Every Nation rediscovered four leadership multipliers that solved the leadership shortage of a growing church and global mission organization.
The principles and stories in these pages will help you identify leaders, develop current leaders, and multiply future leaders!

Steve Murrell exudes and models leadership. I’ve learned much from him, and you will too!
I like to read leadership books by people who are leading, and that is why I highly recommend The Multiplication Challenge by Steve Murrell. Steve redefines leadership and brings it back to a biblical foundation for how leaders should think, act, grow, and multiply. Writing from his experience of leading Victory, which has grown to more than 85,000 Christ-followers, gives this book enough credibility that every leader should buy a copy!
Here is a gem on Christian leadership essentials from a servant-leader practitioner I admire. Victory has often been asked why it has so many strong leaders. Here’s their big story with many little stories. I will keep coming back to this book as a resource for leadership training that’s biblically grounded, inspiring, and practical.
